Sklaerenn began working with stained glass in 1996 as an apprentice at Cerfav. She obtained her CAP in Glass Arts and Techniques (Stained Glass option) in 1998 and the Glass Decoration option in 1999. In 2005, she was awarded the 1st Departmental Prize for Artistic Crafts and the 1st Regional Prize in 2006. She founded the company En Verre Contre Tout in 2004 and earned the title of Master Craftsman in 2018. Her mastery of the various facets of the craft, her original and contemporary creativity, and her team management experience make her a seasoned leader.

Aurélie joined in 2008 as a Cerfav apprentice. She obtained her CAP in Glass Arts and Techniques (Stained Glass option) and was named Best Apprentice of France in 2010, followed by the Glass Decoration option in 2012. As Sklaerenn’s first apprentice and first employee, she has become her right hand on work sites, in the workshop, and in painting.

Méryll joined in 2014 as a Cerfav apprentice and obtained her CAP in Glass Arts and Techniques (Stained Glass option) in 2016. She previously trained in chair carpentry and straw marquetry, which gave her the rigor and precision essential for stained glass work.

Peggy joined in 2018 as an administrative assistant to support Sklaerenn. From email management to preparing project completion dossiers and accounting, she also handles the workshop’s communication and photographs/frottages of freshly removed stained glass. Her studies in Modern Literature and experience as a librarian required method, rigor, organization, and versatility—key qualities for her position.

Elouan joined in 2020 to manage the Point Couleur Saint Just and welcome clients. Since then, he has trained in stained glass restoration and protective racket fabrication. Always present in the workshop, he actively participates in training the many interns. His previous library experience allows him to efficiently structure tasks while ensuring optimal store management.

Emmanuelle joined in 2022 as an apprentice at URMA Sorèze and obtained her CAP in Glass Arts and Techniques (Stained Glass option) in 2023. After a literary preparatory program, she spent a year at the École du Louvre. She brings added value to the team with her strong knowledge of religious iconography.

Stéphane joined in 2022 as an IMARA intern and obtained his CAP in Glass Arts and Techniques (Stained Glass option) in 2023, becoming part of the team upon graduation. He worked as a nursery horticulturist for 10 years, earned his CAP in Stone Crafts in 1998, and worked as a stonemason and eco-masonry specialist for 15 years. His background enriches the team with his mastery of different materials.

Naïs joined in 2023 as a Cerfav apprentice. She previously obtained her CAP in Cabinetmaking in 2020 and a DNMADE in Cabinetmaking in 2023. These programs taught her precision and a commitment to quality work.

Louange joined in 2024 as a Cerfav apprentice and quickly mastered the lead came technique.

...Not to mention the many interns and freelance independents who join the team as needed for various projects.

"The good working relationships in the team guarantee quality work: work done in a pleasant atmosphere is done twice as well—that’s the workshop’s motto!"
